A rather refreshing London dry gin from south east Wales, inspired by the glorious ingredients growing in the hedgerows of Monmouth. Alongside the locally-grown botanicals, you'll also find lively notes of fresh citrus peels and lime leaves. Great in a G&T, but the pronounced lime notes also make this one a fantastic choice for enjoying in a Gimlet.
